The coronavirus has dominated the news media in recent weeks and, as always, our team is fully focused on the well-being and safety of our members, employees and the community we serve.
Our company has Business Continuity, Pandemic and Disaster Recovery plans that are in place 365 days a year to help guide us through unusual events. We test these plans regularly and have revisited them in light of the increasing presence of the coronavirus.
We have educated our employees on how to help minimize the spread of the virus, including frequent hand washing, staying at home when sick and maintaining a clean work environment with frequent sanitizing of our office space. We encourage our members and others visiting our office to observe the same practices. In these uncertain times, expect that we will give you a warm hello and a sincere smile, but that we will not shake your hand to avoid passing germs.
At this time, our office remains ready to meet your financial service needs. However, we recommend that you fully utilize all of Hamilton Horizons FCU’s e-Service tools that enable you to bank remotely without needing to visit the office.
This will help minimize human contact and reduce the chances of passing the virus.
We encourage you to use our Virtual Branch, Mobile banking and ATM to check account balances, deposit checks and transfer funds between accounts.
