How to Open an Account

Apply For Membership

To apply for membership in Hamilton Horizons Federal Credit Union, click here to download our application. There is no fee to open an account.  To view a text version of our membership application, visit https://hamiltonhorizons.org/hamilton-horizons-application-for-membership/.

Requirements:

  • Photo Identification such as your Passport and/or Drivers License
  • Social Security Number
  • Proof of Residency such as your lease (or Gas & Electric or Telephone Bill)
